Too far away

Location is blocked

This browser isn’t allowed to use your location, so you can’t be put on the map. To allow it:

  1. Tap “aA” in Safari’s address bar, then Website Settings.
  2. Set Location to Allow.
  3. Still blocked? Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Safari Websites and choose While Using the App.

Turn on location

Your phone couldn’t find where you are. Location services may be switched off. To turn them on:

  1. Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services.
  2. Turn Location Services on, and set Safari Websites to While Using the App.
  3. Come back here and tap Try again.
